Some small bugfixes and improvements (#770)

* hide unavailable settings for group player

* ignore unavailable child players

* cleanup

* return the correct active_source

* slimproto: prevent flipflop to idle while playing

* support group in a group

* revert to iter_chunked

* another attempt to solve the airplay flipflop weirdness at reload
